But these are not normal circumstances, far from it - at the time of writing, and for the foreseeable future, every table is table 13, as amidst the mayhem caused by the Coronavirus crisis, all restaurants, pubs, bars and café’s were ordered to close on March 20th by the government, fearful of social gatherings in any form being a catalyst for mass infection by a new and unknown virus. Suddenly, premises were closed, empty and darkened interiors, kitchens shut down, food wasted, lives put on hold and jobs lost.''
